Integrated Working is when everyone supporting children and young people, works together effectively to put the child at the centre, meet their needs and improve their lives.
What does Integrated Working mean for you and your organisation? CWDC are hosting three national events for practitioners and managers and leaders. We particularly want to encourage those who provide services to children, young people and their families in the voluntary, community and faith sector to attend.
The aim of these interactive events is to hear about and share experiences of integrated working in order to influence the national agenda and to shape future CWDC work plans.
