Enhanced capacity of organisations to engage key stakeholders (children and young people) in governance

Objectives

• Establish delivery group
• Deliver work plan to management group detailing time line, targets and  objectives
• Research current involvement
• Create new models of good practice which we will share locally, regionally and nationally
• Launch pilot at Strategic Forum meeting
• Pilot these in a new area and with the Growing Up project
